These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website walirh.com and the Wali platform, published by RadianNa Solutions.

1. Definitions

• "Wali": the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) platform offered as SaaS (Software as a Service), accessible online via a web browser.
• "Website": the showcase website walirh.com.
• "User": any person accessing the Website or the Platform.
• "Client": any company that has subscribed to Wali.
• "Publisher": RadianNa Solutions SARL, based in Conakry, Guinea.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Access to the Website and use of the Platform implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.

3. Description of Services

Wali is a modular HRIS platform offered as SaaS (Software as a Service). The Client accesses the service through a subscription, with no local installation. Wali offers:

• Employee, department and position management
• Automated payroll compliant with Guinean law (ITS, CNSS)
• Leave management with double validation
• Attendance and time tracking (GPS, QR code)
• Invoicing compliant with OHADA standards
• Mission orders and expense reports
• Employment contract generation
• Labor Code compliance assessment
• Planning and work site management
• New employee onboarding (automated checklist)
• Performance: objectives, evaluations and feedback
• Documents and bidirectional requests
• AI Assistant (Wali AI)

Modules can be activated independently. RadianNa Solutions can develop custom modules based on the Client's specific needs.

4. Registration and Accounts

Access to the Platform requires account creation by the client company's administrator. Each user receives a personal activation code. The user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and recommended for all accounts.

5. Pricing

Wali is sold as a SaaS subscription. Pricing is provided on request, adapted to the company size and activated modules. Billing is in Guinean Francs (GNF). A free trial may be offered. Detailed pricing terms are specified in the service contract signed between RadianNa Solutions and the Client.

6. Data and Ownership

Data entered into the Platform by the Client remains the exclusive property of the Client. RadianNa Solutions undertakes to:

• Not access Client data without authorization
• Isolate each Client's data (multi-tenant architecture)
• Allow data export at any time
• Delete data within 30 days of termination

7. Service Availability

RadianNa Solutions strives to maintain the Platform accessible 24/7. However, access may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates or in cases of force majeure. RadianNa Solutions shall not be held liable for service interruptions.

8. User Obligations

The User agrees to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Not use the Platform for unlawful purposes
• Not attempt to access other companies' data
• Not circumvent security measures
• Protect the confidentiality of their login credentials
• Comply with applicable Guinean law

9. AI Assistant (Wali AI)

Wali AI is an artificial intelligence-based assistant. The answers provided are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, accounting or tax advice. RadianNa Solutions recommends consulting a qualified professional for any important decision.

10. Liability

RadianNa Solutions makes every effort to ensure the reliability of the Platform and the accuracy of calculations (payroll, contributions, taxes). However, the Client remains responsible for verifying results and ensuring compliance with their specific situation.

Under no circumstances shall RadianNa Solutions be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the Platform.

11. Termination

The Client may terminate their subscription at any time by contacting RadianNa Solutions. Upon termination:

• Access to the Platform is deactivated
• Data can be exported for 30 days
• Data is deleted after this period

12. Amendments to Terms

RadianNa Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be informed of any substantial changes. Continued use of the Platform after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Guinea. In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution. Failing that, the courts of Conakry shall have sole jurisdiction.
